Today is the day!

Cooked some of the banana lumpia that I made the other day.
Lumpia is the Filipino word for spring rolls. The food was really
tasty, all that cinnamon and brown sugar wrapped up in a flour
roll and fried. Yum! It's nice to eat what you cooked. I also
took a picture of a box of spam that my mom brought home.
The two places that I've lived Guam and Hawaii are two of the
highest consumers of spam in the world, unbelievable!
I just got done working at Makalapa headquarters for the naval
pacific fleet restoring historic homes which are really cool.

One of the main topics that I wanted to talk about is the
focus of starting something for somebody and taking no
credit in the end for the favor that you do, this I believe is a

great service and blessing for everyone to try once in their lives.
I have set up a college fund for my godson in Philippines so
that when he graduates from high school his parents
wont have to worry about spending money for him and can do
something else with their savings. I have promised that I would lay
aside ten percent of my pay to his 'scholarship' program.
Of course I haven't told his parents or even him because he is
only seven months old, but I know that he will work hard and
earn every cent through his studies and community service
that will build up his character and shape him to become a better
person in the future.
