I'm twisting and tugging
with all the strength that I have
I've gotta survive and make it out
There so much that I want
have and love to do in this world
But you know, you've got to start

Right now I'd like to think I'm
making an investment in myself in this
school
Then I get hit with the questions..
What do you want to be when you
get older? get out? get what?
Do i need to get everything,
that I already have??

God is Love

If God so loved us,

what is patience?

Patience is the scent of a flower in the city
the smile on someones face during a hectic day
perseverance on a steep hill that seems to go
up and up
and up
a moment when people are moving but time is still
to think a thought in a pressured moment
dismissing a fault you can not control..
this is what i think,
but what is patience?

Wise Man

A wise man was once asked what is a problem that people face today and what is the solution.

He replied: The love of knowledge. You have to learn just for the sake of knowledge. Once you know, everything will fall into place. You have to want to know because we are all intelligent people. We have to pursue excellence. Knowledge comes from understanding. This is life, this is what I teach.

Peking Duck

I remember the days when Peking Duck was the equal to turkey on thanksgiving and prime rib for a special dinner event. Peking duck was about ten dollars for one duck, and it tasted so good. It was rare when we ate it, and it was even better when it went into our mouths. Chinese people know how to do it good.
